I am a Professional Private/Yacht/Villa Chef and Hospitality Expert with considerable skills and expertise that I gained in the Mediterranean Super-yacht industry since joining this exciting niche market in April 2015.


Prior to joining the yachting industry, I gained very wide knowledge and skills across many different niches during my former land-based chef career while I was working in  a variety of high-end or fine dining chef establishments and a plethora of other earlier experiences from offering my services to a varied client base that has included retail restaurateurs and hoteliers, educational institutions and industrial contracts and other corporate and private clients.

It is second-nature to me to render service excellence and I am particularly experienced in delivering platinum service to HNW or UHNW employers or clients such as super-yacht owners and charter guests, celebrities and ranking officials.

I am also an eternally "frustrated artist" - While i am constantly occupied with passionately making memorable moments for others to enjoy, I do too try to fit making my own memorable moments  into my fulfilling  schedule, mostly by pursuing my own favorite creative persuasions and activities of being outdoors and in nature, painting and sketching, writing and "making stuff"
